The Friends of Channel Coast State Parks (Friends) funds and supports programs at many State beaches in Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties. Founded in 1984, the Friends have funded educational, interpretive and outreach programs that serve thousands of visitors.  These California State Park programs include kayak tours; Junior Rangers, Junior Lifeguards, and school programs; activities for at-risk youth; brochures; exhibits; and much more!
